    1)设计合成新型二维材料及结构;
    2)二维材料的化学修饰、结构转化和性能调控;
    3)二维材料的物性研究,及其在电子、光电、催化、能源领域应用基础研究;

    4)  面向未来集成电路需求的新型电子、自旋和光电材料的批量制备、器件开发、集成及应用探索。
